With nearly 20 years of experience in recruiting, consulting, and sales, Lee Skaggs has been a pivotal force in launching and expanding new markets for technology and consulting organizations across the country.

Since founding Pursuit in 2014, Lee has successfully led and delivered countless engagements, working directly with senior client stakeholders and internal teams. His commitment to providing exemplary quality while understanding the unique needs of each client has been a cornerstone of Pursuit’s success.
Lee has had the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable international brands throughout the world, from Fortune 100 companies to blue-chip startups funded by the most prestigious private equity firms. His strong work ethic, business acumen, and deep technical background are among Pursuit’s greatest assets.
Lee graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he was a four-year member of the varsity baseball team and an active member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. He resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina area with his wife and children.
