About Lee

With nearly 20 years of experience across recruiting, consulting, and sales, Lee Skaggs has played a key role in launching and scaling technology and consulting organizations nationwide.

Since co-founding Pursuit in 2014, Lee has led and delivered a wide range of executive and strategic sourcing engagements, working closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams. His approach has always centered on quality, transparency, and a deep understanding of each client’s specific business needs, principles that continue to shape Pursuit’s client partnerships.

Lee has had the privilege of working with some of the most recognizable international brands throughout the world, from Fortune 100 companies to blue-chip startups funded by well-known private equity firms. His work ethic, business acumen, and deep technical background are core strengths that inform Pursuit’s executive search and advisory work.

Lee is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he was a four-year varsity baseball athlete and an active member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. He resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina area with his wife and children.
