Gabe's recruiting experience spans over half a dozen industries. For over 10 years, his work has been spread across contingent search, executive search, research, and sourcing. Before co-founding Pursuit, Gabe was responsible for enterprise-wide sourcing and research needs for a publicly traded healthcare company. Pursuit Sourcing & Research partnered with a private-equity backed healthcare services firm to uncover some of the top Managed Long Term Care programs and leaders throughout the Northeast. During this engagement, Pursuit introduced 4 passive, QUALIFIED and INTERESTED candidates, while also identifying 18 other qualified professionals. One was selected to the role. This ultimately led to a cost savings of over $25,000 when compared to an executive search placement, while also delivering research to be used in future hires.
Competitive Intelligence with Talent Mapping
Pursuit Sourcing & Research worked with a Fortune 100 financial services firm to uncover the leaders in annuity product strategy and product development, in order to lead a new line of business. During this engagement, Pursuit identified 29 QUALIFIED individuals, along with 15 additional people of interest leading the annuities function in 10 of the largest financial investment and insurance institutions in North America. This research included competitive intelligence points, reporting structures, direct dial information, and email addresses.
Multiple Hires - One Search
Pursuit Sourcing & Research worked with a publicly traded Group Purchasing Organization targeting specific companies to uncover individuals with an understanding of clinical quality data across the continuum of care. During this engagement, Pursuit identified 17 QUALIFIED individuals and introduced 3 passive QUALIFIED and INTERESTED candidates. The result of the project led to 1 hire for the original role and 2 ADDITIONAL hires into other parts of the organization.
